EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE OF THE PACIFIC, LLC EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM HRP takes pride in the skills and abilities of all our employees. Helping you stay healthy, physically and emotionally, is as important as supporting your continued professional development. Therefore, we have established a contract with Employee Assistance of the Pacific, LLC to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all HRP employees. In addition to the medical treatment or counseling covered under your HMSA health plan, you are also eligible for confidential counseling and psychological support services at no cost to you. This program provides confidential assistance by self referral or referral by a supervisor, etc. You are entitled up to 6 free assistance sessions per Agreement year (May - April).
