Residency Training Programs Effective January 1, 2006 Hawaii Residency Programs administers 10 ACGME-accredited residency training programs under the academic auspices of the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine. HRP oversees over 250 resident employees and approximately 60 support staff. HRP offices are located at the various health care delivery facilities that support residency and fellowship training.
